We are happy to provide transportation for local customers to/from our shop. Cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (no fees) are accepted as forms of payment. The agreed upon work was not done. Both doors were authorized to be worked on. It was only when I picked up the car that I discovered the second door had not been touched.

I was told the repair would take a week to a week and a half. Most importantly, I don’t understand how the estimate that would take a week but only took 48 hours come out to be exact!! I have no proof that the 7.5 hours estimated really took 7.5 hours. Shouldn’t I get some money back???

The employees in the front office were very kind and willing to answer questions. I never felt rushed. They explained the car repair process for me very patiently as this was my first car repair experience as a widow. My late husband always too care of our cars. Thank you!
