For customer convenience, we offer Saturday estimate appointments, early morning repair pick-up/drop-off times, & arrange rental reservations. We are happy to provide transportation for local customers to/from our shop. Cash, checks, and debit/credit cards (no fees) are accepted as forms of payment. Our family has had work done here at Carstar before, and every time we bring our vehicle here, we are always satisfied with the quality and workmanship Carstar has demonstrated. Hopefully we don't encounter anymore claims to fulfill in the future, but if we do, we know who we will come back to again, thanks Carstar of North Aurora.

Dealt with Phil he was awesome and when we picked up my daughters car she was totally excited that it was washed and they vacuumed out the inside and did the windows....very very pleased with the service we got....hopefully we won't need to see them again but would recommend to other people.... Phil was very nice and accommodating. ..

We appreciated the fact that you did not use the refurbished parts that the insurance company suggested-or tried not to. The car was done on time. You were nice to give us a ride to the car rental. The car looks great and it was nice that you cleaned the inside too. The car felt new! Thanks again!
