Despite being told that my wife would definitely get notifications, she didn’t get any, they only came to me, she was very upset by this. Also we constantly got notifications that her car was unlocked, not cool!

They were professional, they were pleasant, they answered all my questions and made sure I was completely satisfied before I picked up my car. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with. They constantly kept me in the loop and updated me almost every other day while they repaired my car. Also at the end when I went to pick it up and noticed it probably needed a different piece of glass, they did not fight me on it. They agreed with the Glass that I needed and had it approved by travelers. It was flawless and in the end, I could only recommend them highly.
