Took way too long to get parts and car kept getting put on hold. Customer service is nice and all but imagine not having your car for a month. That is awful. Parts could have been done with and put together within 2 weeks and not delayed cause of more damage. It would have been nice to get the main parts of the car fixed and then i can drive the car around till the exterior parts arrive. That would have been smarter than waiting an additional 2 weeks for one part.

Quality of the repair is fine, but whoever did the paperwork put on there that the car was finished on 8/18 when it was actually completed on 8/24 so I was charged by enterprise because you reported to geico that the car was done on the 18th and enterprise thinks I returned the car late. I was originally supposed to pick it up on the 18th but due to quality not liking the work that was done you kept it for another week but apparently never updated the paperwork so now I’m dealing with a huge issue with enterprise and GEICO.

I dropped off my car before vacation and they had it ready for pickup the day I got back… they gave me a curtesy pick up back to Carstar… the job was flawless…Ashley was wonderful to work with… I would highly recommend them.
