Excellent job and prompt service. Was very pleasantly surprised to get into a clean good smelling car. Did not expect the wash inside and out. A very nice "icing on the cake" and brought a nice smile to my face, made me feel like family there. Thank you so very much!

Tom was going to charge me for a part he ordered because he said it wasn't covred by insurance. I told him to remove the part and he said he couldn't. Luckily the mechanic next door to Northeast collision found a technical bulletin showing the part Tom was going to charge me for was a factory authorized repair. Total garbage. I would never trust or recommend Northeast Collision. I will make sure to tell my insurance company the same.

Everything is very satisfactory except for changing my radio station to Sirius and not returning it to my station. It is so annoying.
