There are dirt stains on my interior roof. You can tell where somebody grabbed or touched the interior roof. I will be taking the vehicle back in to get satisfaction of someone cleaning it.

I’ve used CARSTAR NW a handful of times over the years and they’re always great to work with. Seemless interaction between their staff and my insurance company. Seemless rental car process w/ Enterprise. This time, they made a quick short-term fix of my front passenger door being wedged and almost non-functional the day I stopped in for my estimate, which was just a few days before I needed to take my car on vacation and wouldn’t be able to get it in to them beforehand for the full fix. Top notch! I can’t say enough good things about my experiences with you all.
