Your rental car process needs to be improved. I received a call from Hertz saying they did not have a car available. So I called Carstar and the woman who answered the phone said, "They don't know what they were doing over there", she said she would find me a car and call me back. But she did not call me back that afternoon so I called Carstar in the next morning and they said they would check on the rental car. I received at least 3 to 4 calls each from Hertz and Enterprise regarding rental car. I was told my the insurance agent I would have my car through Enterprise, but the guy waiting for me with a car was from Hertz. I am guessing from the number of calls I received that possibly 4 to 6 rental cars were set up for me?? Even after I picked up my rental car Hertz called me with another car that was available and so did Enterprise. I was so frustrated that afternoon that I stopped answering my phone. Even though the rental car was a hassle, the paint job was done well. Thank you for cleaning the inside of the car, I did not expect that; however, it did not look like the hatch was vacuumed. The rag used to clean out the car was left in the hatch.

It was done fast the only problem I have is there was a slight schatch by the plates. Maybe can take a little more time with the job. Over all was good.
