Austin and Ashley are great to work with. Both are super accomodating and professional. There was a tiny scratch left from an accident where the fixes were covered by other party so I would have liked to see that fixed too.

My only area of dissatisfaction has to do with how ridiculously long this took. It seems wrong to me (four weeks and one small "clip in" for the bumper is supposedly coming this week.)

Everything was handled in a professional and friendly manor. Ashley kept me posted on progress as it happened. My car looks great and it was detailed. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and I would use them again if I needed a body shop.

Repair method of PDR that was quoted was not discussed with the shops PDR expert, therefore repair timeline was more than double. 9 actual weeks versus 4 week quote. I was told after week 4 it would require another 2 weeks due to replacement of rear panel. I contacted them after week 6 and was told they needed another 3 weeks. They did not provide status during the entire repair and I had to initiate all contact.

There is a louder road noise from the new replacement door than on the existing door. Will this impact fuel efficiency?

We were told it might take up to "2 weeks" to repair the door. It took 7 weeks, but we didn't get any calls to tell us this, and the reasons given for the delay kept changing and often didn't make sense.
