Multiple things wrong. Didn't pay attention to detail, put dent in door, and scratched paint in a couple of spots, left huge parts in trunk, left overhead console hanging out, left grease marks on my cream colored ceiling material, scuffed up seats. Thankfully they did fix my dent.
