When I initially inquired by phone about my accident/repair needs, we had a family vacation planned within the next ten days. I was scheduled to bring my vehicle in for repair in a Monday and was told that an estimate would be completed that day and necessary parts ordered. I was told that the repairs would be completed within the time frame needed to have the car ready for vacation. That was not accurate information when I got there. I had to get a rental vehicle for our vacation. My car wasn't finished until the week after we returned.
