Customer service in store and on phone with Anissa was outstanding! The number of texts and emails requesting survey of my experience have been too much. I know that’s not the Lexus team’s responsibility, but it has been irritating. Other than that, we believe the shop did fantastic work!

Annisa is a jewel - kind, responsive, professional and hard working. She takes such good care of her customers even though she has many tasks to complete. Heather was also wonderful My car never looked better - I don’t know who detailed it to perfection after the damaged repair, thank you! It might have been the Lexus dealership after the service. Carstar and Lexus - Great teamwork!

My RAV4 was completed nearly 6 days ahead of time. Your paint job was superior to what originally came on the car. The staff at CARSTAR went out of their way at every opportunity to make sure that the process was made easier.

The staff here are so wonderful! From the second I walked in, I was guided on the process and made me feel at ease! The service was outstanding! My car looked new when I picked it up! There were some issues with the insurance and the staff here helped me through the process and always checked in! I will for ever recommend this place to anyone that needs work on their car!

Was told one price( 245.00) for my door after looking at my car in person. And once I took the car to be fixed it went up to (1800.00). Oh wow! How did that even happen?!
