Communication was very very poor, mostly either my wife or myself had to call every so often when we were told when they received the vehicle they would give us an update every Thursday or as needed. The car was half cleaned, windows blurred, and the trash from the repairs were left in my trunk

Horrible. Zero attention to detail. Sexiest manager that would only address my husband even when the vehicle is my vehicle. I requested many times a detailed list and was ignored. Zero customer service. I would receive a text update yet when I texted back I never received a response. Many items still not fixed even when they said all was completed. Worse experience ever. Would never recommend this place.

Andie was wonderful at answering my questions and concerns throughout the process. While it was a long wait for parts to come in, that’s not on the collision center. Overall, I would take my vehicle again to Carstar if I had to have repairs.
