With some reservations, CARSTAR did a very good job.

The group did an excellent job repairing the damage - EXCEPT - the whole body was painted, but not the roof and the hood. OK, the job was to repair a crash, but to have a new car rear and an old car front looks weird. I'll have to call to see how much it would cost to tidy things up.

Honestly Andie alone was a 10/10 in terms of responsiveness and keeping me updated. I really can’t say enough good things on her. She had me at ease. However I am 100% grateful for the service done. But there was some issues with my batteries not fully connected when I received my car back and led to me to think I had some electrical issue. Car wouldn’t start and all. Just kind of a big oversight to miss. Small issue and easily fixed by tightening the screws but still. There’s some smaller interior detail things I noticed when replacing the door but nothing I don’t think I can’t handle. Overall my car is back in running shape and is great. Thank you
