My car is still not completed- I had to double check the items that were supposed to be repaired and then walk back in to question why the correct items were not replaced/replaced- all of the paper mats were still in the car along with trash from some packaged repair items. They confused my car with another and now I’m still waiting for parts to be ordered after they had my car for 30 days. I requested this facility as I use the dealership but I now see that is a mistake and I am sharing my full experience on all of my social media platforms with over 7,000 followers. I asked for the director/manager and have not been contacted. The person assigned to my car repairs was Robb and he did not check my car at all, so he didn’t know about the the repairs that were reported as completed and billed to the insurance company but were not completed with the correct parts. This has been a horrific experience and extremely stressful. They need to take the time to look at the details and pay attention, have follow up and check cars before calling and saying they are completed.

Corene, kept me advised on the progress, She was very professional and polite, Your mechanic or tear down technician had knowledge of the truck, and performed very well, getting the truck repaired, The only issue I had was with the aftermarket companies acquiring the parts and then coming in and good condition, How do you send out products without checking them for damage? I'd recommend carstar to anybody looking to get their truck for vehicle repaired, You're very professional and the truck looks fantastic, very satisfied with the service and professionalism I was approached with they handled me just right, I totally recommend carstar for the collision repairs!!Thank you, for doing such a good job on the truck, I'm very satisfied!!!
