Had to wait an extra couple of weeks for parts that I needed as assured were ordered. Then extra time to fix. It was brutal waiting. All this said, the final resulting repairs done, were exceptionally well done and we are very happy with the finished product.

The workmanship is excellent. We are very happy with the end results. My only beef is the time that was required. I first took in the vehicle in October, only to find out that all parts were not available as previously told. Then 11/6, when taking car back to start the repair, I was told 11/15 as the finish date; then 11/20 and finally 11/22, I received my beauty back. It was as an ordeal, but happy with the work done. Better communication initiatated by the shop, and not me, would have been appreciated.

Although it took 2 whole months just to get what seems like a minor repair done, I am not placing fault on Carstar. Hyundai took forever to order a part and to do any work on my car which resulted in me having to pay for 30 days of car rental fees of $1200 (insurance paid for the first $1500 and refused to pay for any more). Carstar was gracious enough to credit me the deductible so that it could go towards the rental fees. Thank you!

The repair was excellent. Not sure why my storage compartment under the rear seat was left open. There was no reason for anyone to go through that with a rear bumper replacement.
