Tim and his crew are excellent!! They went above and beyond with customer service. My car was repaired in a timely manner! Didn’t have any issue taking the car to the shop or when getting it back. Tim is very friendly/great listener and one of the best people I’ve met. He cares about his clients and is always with a smile. Anthony was thoughtful too, even when he wasn’t really assisting us but what made me appreciate him is caring for the clients that were standing an waiting for the shuttle by giving his seat so they didn’t have to stand. Then when the shuttle came the gentleman(Ed) took us to the rental place and was very nice to us, know that he also was great and friendly while dropping us off to enterprise in San Mateo!! The people from the rental area were also helpful. Excellent experience. Thank you for taking care of us.
