Palm Ave Motors has twice now given me the most wonderful experience, and I couldn’t be more grateful. After being referred to them by my insurance, following a not-so-great experience elsewhere, I was immediately treated like family. From the friendly staff to their clear and consistent communication, they truly pull out all the stops to take care of their customers. Tim personally called to keep me updated on my car’s progress, and their text service ensured I always knew exactly what was happening along the way. As someone who drives across California for work, they went the extra mile to coordinate with Enterprise so I never missed a day on the road while my car was being repaired. That kind of attention and care is rare. Palm Ave Motors is without a doubt a Premier 5-Star automotive repair shop in the Bay Area. While I hope I won’t need their services again anytime soon, if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be going. Thank you to Tim and the entire team for making a stressful situation seamless and positive.
