The passenger wheel which was the problem when it was towed there still has a death wobble causing the steering wheel to jump horribly and it was there for 18 days. Didn’t make it 200 get out the drive at pikes and turned around and re-rented a rent a car again.

I am giving a 10 because of The gentleman that I spoke to during the process Name Chris! He was very nice and was helpful during the process. I would bave gave a lower score die to the fact I didn’t the same about the few woman that I have either talked to on the phone or dealt with upon dropping my car off or even when my car got inspected. I am not sure what their names were. Just not real friendly. A shout out to Chris. Also, the gentleman that inspected my car was very nice!
