I must say I was pleasantly suprised with the time frame and the quality of work that was done on my truck. Two family members boasted about the great job they did on their vehicles and I have to say it was excellent. The gentleman who did the estimate was friendly and helpful. When I had a question Shad called back and kept me informed. When I picked up the truck Alaina at the desk was very polite and gave concise instructions. The only downside was dealing with day shift secretary Sherrie. I found her to be less than polite on the phone and very argumentative. These instances was not from one phone call either. I would highly recommend this company to any of my family or close friends but as far as dealing with Sherrie I cannot say I am completely satisfied with my experience at Pikes. Quality of work next to none. Time frame acceptable. 95% staff great. Just expect difficulty from Ms. Sherrie if you work busy schedule or if you ask nicely for a call back/leave voicemail due to work schedule.

Everyone one was polite except for day time secretary Sherrie. She wasn't very polite and was argumentative on the phone .
