The quality of the communication as well as repair process could not have been any better. It exceeded my expectations which is really saying something because I have very high standards. I received daily updates regarding the status of the repairs. All aspects of the repair were detailed with clear explanations. All questions were addressed with patience and professionalism. The repair itself was seamless and of high quality. The paint quality was equally good. I highly recommend CarStar, Ashleigh and the entire staff at the Port Orchard location. 5 stars +.

The quality of communication and repairs went above and beyond. Updates were provided on a daily basis regarding the repair process. Full details were provided for each step of the repair. Questions were addressed promptly with professionalism and patience. I got the impression that my vehicle was treated as if it were their own. I could not be more pleased with quality of the repair. The quality of the painting required was equally as good. I give CarStar the highest ratings possible. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to return if the need arose in the future. Great job by all concerned.
