By some sort of miracle, I was towed near CARSTAR REV Collision Center, and the owner, Robbie, did not hesitate to help me as my battery had died - even without a promise of payment. That generosity immediately drew me to REV Collision Center, and as soon as I stepped into their business, I felt like part of their family. Robbie did everything he could to explain the entire process, and even gave me advice regarding insurance and other logistics. I did not hesitate to choose him to complete all my repairs. As a self-pay customer, managing the budget was a top priority. From the very beginning, Robbie demonstrated absolute professionalism and transparency, doing everything he could to work within my budget. He took immense care to explain the entire repair process and cost breakdown in a way that was easy to understand. What truly set him apart was his collaborative approach; he gave constant updates and worked with me to clearly distinguish what components needed to be replaced versus what could be safely and effectively repaired, which was crucial for managing the final cost. Robbie painted a realistic picture of the situation and set my expectations perfectly. I had asked for an expedited repair due to having no alternate vehicle, and not only did the final bill come in right on budget, but his team also beat the already aggressive promised timeline. Just 3 days after receiving all the parts, my vehicle was ready for pickup and in beautiful shape. The quality of the work is exceptional—my car looks and drives perfectly, meeting every expectation.
