My car looks like brand new! The new bumper is a perfect paint match, and I don't know what you did to the rest of my car but is has that deep shine it hasn't had since it was new!

There was a bit of a scheduling hiccup but other than that, customer service was great, body work was done very well, and work was completed quickly.

There is a small spot in the driver’s view on the new windshield that appears slightly warped and impacts a completely clear view.

All staff interactions were great. My only complaint was lack of communication on when repairs would be completed. I was told on Friday, March 20th, that my car would be done on Tuesday, but Wednesday the 25th at the very latest. I had to call Wednesday as I never heard anything else and was told my car would not be ready until Thursday. Thursday came and I still wasn’t contacted. Friday, I received a call at about 3 pm that it was ready for pick up. Thankfully I have a somewhat flexible work schedule, but with Carstar closing at 5 pm, 3 o’clock seemed to be a late notice to come and retrieve it before closing until Monday. I did not mind the delay in finishing at all, I just wish the communication of delays/completion had been clearer.

As I discussed with Bobby, the only negative experience was lack of communication. I understand that Car Star was very busy due to the recent hail storm, but they need to do a better job of answering calls and addressing questions. The repair itself seems to be outstanding.
