I was more than satisfied with my experience with Carstar in Riverside. They kept me very well Informed about my Vehicle, answered any questions that I had. When it was time of completion they even offered to give me a ride and I live 40 miles away. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Carstar for making it so stress free.

Fender on my car was slightly damaged. I did not have to change it. Insurance company approved $500. They used the old fender and did not give me any credit for the $500 when I asked it would be offensive and refused to give me any credit.

For a new oneThey used the old fender and did not give me any credit for the $500 when I asked it would be offensive and refused to give me any credit. they had 11 hours already for the repair and or a new one. I really like to know how many hours labor they used to repair the old one.
