It seemed that they lacked in communication to us. We were the ones that had to call and check on the status, plus we had requested a statement of charges and had never recieved it till work was done. Please try and fix this issue. We were very pleased with the work done.

Had an issue with the final result. The front passenger handle was not replaced and still damaged. I was informed that it was not on the estimate and it would cost me another $121. Not that it is that much, it’s the principal. So to say completely satisfied not so much.
