Aaron was the agent who helped with my auto repair claim. He is very thorough with the process. He is very kind and nice to customers. The center did a good job on fixing mu car. The damage area looks brand new. They even wash my car outside and inside also.

This is the second time I’ve been to CarStar, both for out-of-pocket repairs. If I could give a 15 out of 10, I would. Lee is the person I always work with, and he delivers with the most professional and courteous service. The repair costs are always reasonable, and Lee and his staff are honest and sincere when it comes to giving an estimate and time of delivery. They gave us options for the different types of repairs and their costs so we can make a decision based on what we could afford and what they could do to best make the repair. I highly, highly recommend this group of car repair professionals.
