From our first interaction with CARSTAR of Simi Valley, we felt as though they really were intent on placing their customers first. We live in TO and when our insurance company recommended repair shops nearer to us, we were so impressed with their follow up, that we went with Simi Valley instead. They were very thorough and honest in their assessment of the damage and the potential repairs that would be needed. Their initial quote was very close to the final cost, which was mostly covered by our insurance. They continually kept us updated throughout the process and even delivered the car ahead of their original date. The car looked just like when we initially drove it off of the lot, brand new. We were thoroughly satisfied.
