CARSTAR Universal Body Shop and Collision was founded in 1994 it has since relocated to its current facility since 2010. With the goal of establishing a body shop in our community that would provide complete service at a great price without sacrificing excellent workmanship, quality product and a speedy delivery. We strive for perfection and have completed some of the most rigorous training in the industry to make sure we are repairing the vehicle like the OEM manufacturers say they should be fixed. We stand behind our knowledge and our repairs for the life of the car. We will work with all insurance companies. We employ highly skilled professionals that are expert automotive technicians. Carstar did a wonderful job on the repairs to my car and they also went the extra mile to clean it before I picked it up. They had the repairs completed before to originally projected date, provided updates and communication regularly, and provided excellent customer service. Completely unsatisfied, the shop was aware of my cars engine related problems after the accident and only proceeded to fix the exterior body work. Rory was aware that my 2020 civic didn’t not start and was leaking fluids, otherwise I would have towed the car to the shop and addressed the issues to him in person. Now my car won’t start up correctly and shakes hard. Tried calling multiple time to get In contact with Rory but goes straight to voicemail.
