Had a wonderful experience, very efficient staff Cody, Shelby and Ron. As compared to other places they are the quickest in repair time. Everything they changed was from OEM. My Car was returned to me within 7 days looking good as brand new. Highly recommend the place, friendly staff and great workmanship.

Before this, I'd never been involved in a car accident, and was a little nervous how everything would work with having repairs done and getting a rental and the entire process with my insurance. But I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Interacting with CARSTAR was smooth and straightforward from start to finish, and Cody kept me informed throughout the process. The repairs turned out great! I can't tell that the front of my car was banged up a few weeks ago. Great customer service! Great work experience! 10/10 recommend.

Cody and his team made sure to take care of me and my vehicle. They kept me updated on the progress. They went above and beyond to ensure all necessary repairs were completed since the insurance adjuster failed to include portions of vehicle that were damaged as a result of the claim. Cody went over the completed repairs with me and made sure everything was good before I took delivery of my repaired vehicle.
