Very poor communication as to what was going on with my vehicle. I had to call to see if they received it, to see if it had been repaired and again to see if it was ready for pick up. I had to return it the next day due to numerous sensors alerting me that something was wrong, they overlooked a strut or something that was to be replaced due to the collision. I picked it up a second time and the car is full of overspray and a huge scratch on the mirror casing. I’m guessing I will need to return it again so they can fix it

They did an amazing job with the repairs, they gave me an estimated date of when my car would be ready and it ended up being ready for pickup 2 days early! I greatly appreciate this shop and experience I had!

Just because my concerns were not properly fixed I wouldn't want a family or friends to go thru the same issues as I did

When I took it for evaluation they told me I would get the doors that were chipped done the mirror housing that was scratched replaced but when I go it they only replaced the mirror glass and the housing was still scratched, the back door wasn't touched at all and the mirror sensor was off and the tire that was replaced would wobble I took it back and they did a better job however still didn't do anything about the mirror housing

CarStar did an amazing job getting my car back to how it was. Not only was their work amazing, their customer service was excellent! From the beginning they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. Did not leave me in the dark at any point. When I went to pick up my car, they walked me through everything that they did and even answered all my questions politely and informative. Even though I didn’t specifically pick them (insurance claim), I am so happy my car went to their shop. 100/10 recommend!
