Headlight was scratch and the bumper was laying on top of front windshield I had video but file got corrupt on dash cam but the buff out the headlight and fix it the issue

I took my car to get repaired at carstar “Geico referred you”.. I had just got my car back the day before my sons birthday. We have been busy with that so I didn’t have time to take it to the car wash but today I was able to take it and noticed the rear bumper has damaged. It wasn’t there before we dropped it off at the carstar and when I picked it up it was reversed in, it had front end damage so the guy showed me the front but I didn’t think twice to look at the back. I always wipe my car down at the car wash and try to get out any marks or anything extra because I love my car, I would have noticed that, and if I did I would have wiped it out plus it’s rear and so I would have reported it just like I did to the lady that hit us head on. I had just got my car washed the day of my accident so I know for a fact that damage wasn’t there because I wipe my car down.

Everything is smooth and stress free; when i brought my car, they were consistent with what my insurance told me. They took in the car for repair, called rental company to pick me up and get a rental car. They finished it few days before the original date given, and they took care of returning my rental car. Very convenient and smooth process.
