My car honestly looks amazing! Impeccable work. The smell was strong upon pick up I imagine from the repairs so I lost my new car smell but the chemical smell dissipated. Overall satisfied!

Considering that it’s possible they wouldn’t get their car for nearly 2 months after it’s repaired, I do not recommend using them or Kemper, for that matter.

It has been over 2 months since I dropped my car off there and have not been able to pick it up. Part of the fault lies with Kemper as well and the entire process has been extremely frustrating.
