I’m super impressed! My car looks amazing like nothing ever happened and I’m really happy! It’s also super clean! The thing that’s more impressive to me is how amazing the customer service is, every single employee at the Eagle Mountain location has taken such good care of me and they have truly gone above and beyond for me. This was a really scary and hard time for me when my car got damaged, everyone at Cascade made it feel a lot less scary. They answered all of my questions and eased so many of my concerns. It’s always intimidating being a younger girl going into a car shop, but they never made me feel bad or like I was stupid and always showed me kindness.

I had an experience at Cascade collision. I was kept up-to-date every step in the way which I appreciate it. The quality of workmanship was excellent. I will definitely come back if I ever need a body shop in the future. Valerie and Kate in the front office were also awesome to work with.

Headlights weren’t adjusted. Dangerous Loose radiator bolt Horn wire was broke to one horn other didn’t work at all when I needed it It wasn’t get a good ground connection. Battery hold down j bolt wasn’t secure. Bouncing everywhere Wires left dangling Very disappointed Wasn’t inspected before it was “done”. Even though they told me it had been tested. Actually very unsafe

Honestly best experience ever. (I would have written a review sooner but I ran into phone issues for a moment there lol) Everyone went above and beyond. Valerie and Katie are AMAZING humans! Very professional but very thoughtful, cool and kind. There’s also a worker there who was one of the guys that repaired my vehicle (I can’t remember his name but he likes Mexican candy haha) But they all were amazing all around. GREAT communication. 100/100 communication. GENUINE GOOD people. I could go on and on! I am SO HAPPY and part of my experience being so great is because of these people! They deserve so much recognition for what they did for me and my car. From my heart, I am so, so thankful.
