This is the third time I’ve used Cascade. I wish people would stop rear ending my cars but Cascade always does a great job with the repair.

The service was almost too eager. The original estimate was for the car to be done on Tuesday of the next week. We got a text saying “maybe it will be done Friday” but then it wasn’t. And then another text saying “it looks like it could be Monday” but then it wasn’t. We picked it up on Tuesday…the original estimate. Which was fine…but sending those other messages increased expectations unnecessarily.
