The team at Cascade Collision was amazing. They knew exactly how the insurance was going to work, and made sure that they paid for everything they needed to. Valerie even called the insurance company for me several times when I was having a hard time getting ahold of someone over there. She kept me updated through every step of the process, and was so great to work with.

First of all, I did not expect the service we got. It is uncommon these days and it was fantastic. Everyone there was attentive and communication was top notch. The insurance communication was seamless and painless in our case. They did a great job with a lifetime warranty and they did it in barely a week. Phenomenal!! Thank you all and I would not hesitate to use you again!
