Customer service was excellent, courteous, friendly and clear. Volume, frequency and timeliness of communication was just right. Minimized confusion by setting appropriate expectations and delivering on what was promised. Coordination with rental car company was also flexible and smooth minimizing wait times and downtime. Finally, quality of work, as far as I can tell so far, has been excellent and backed by a vehicle lifetime guarantee is reassuring. Completely satisfied! Great job Cascade Collision!
