Honestly the only issue I had was how long it was. But that’s just that it’s not really a problem. They got it fixed and I’m happy. The front desk lady’s were great too I think it was Lacey and Skyler that helped me.

I very much appreciated the constant updates on my vehicle and assurance of the quality of work being done. As of right now, expectations were exceeded. Skylar was especially great. Her constant presence on the situation was awesome to have whenever I had questions or concerns. I’d definitely come back.

The bumper was replaced with a different color than the original And when I brought it to their attention, they said they would replace it, but I haven’t heard anything in the last week about it. Otherwise the repair looks great!

I have a few issues and need to bring the truck back in. I’ve not felt confident with the repair based on my interactions with the ee’s. I travel a bit and haven’t had time to bring it back to be repaired correctly. 7 system lights keep coming on. And paint beyond the repair was scratched and chipped from the prep work to paint the damaged part. There are other issues with mechanical sounds, not just cosmetic. Not sure if those were looked at at all. What was repaired looks good, but the front fender feels flimsy.
