My back plate was broken upon my arrival for pickup. Upon further inspection the broken piece that was dangling scratched the new paint job and upon further inspection of the trunk lid by the camera there seems to be a missing piece. And the brand new button has a bunch of horizontal scratches on it. As if they tried to shove the button component in instead of properly installing the button component on the trunk.

Radiator was never checked and it's leaking like crazy. I can't drive it. The alignment is way off. Was quoted the wrong tire size and it is for a way more expensive size.

We had told the tech when we called to schedule the car after my accident that the windshield wiper fluid tank was broken during the accident as well as the body damage. Everything was repaired and looked amazing when we picked up the car however, the tank was never fixed.
