My experience definitely earned an extremely excellent award for Cascade Collision! They were extremely friendly, courteous, professional and definitely brightened my day and made this experience a joy to complete. They even completely cleaned the inside of my vehicle before returning it to me. My vehicle was given back to me in better condition than I left and their repair work was Superior! 10 out of 10! 😎👍👍

I was completely and overwhelmingly satisfied with the service I received! Not only did they repair my truck to looking brand new, yet they also cleaned and detailed the inside of my truck, as well! Excellent, excellent service!! 😎👍

Customer service was above and beyond excellent! Everyone was very friendly and very positive throughout the entire process. They kept me up to date every day on the repairs of my truck and even locked me out to the vehicle to inspect it and make sure that it met my satisfaction. Those ladies deserve a raise!! 😎👍

Everything isn’t quite done yet; the finishing touches are just wrapping up, but so far I’m feeling very hopeful. It was undriveable and they’ve really put in a lot of work. They’ve also shown a generous willingness to double check things to make sure it’s done right. The paint job in particular was gorgeous. :)

Really a friendly, thoughtful group of people. Great at quick followup and personable greetings. The overall mess of working with someone else’s insurance dragging their feet and giving me the run around was pretty discouraging, but Cascade has been the bright spot in this whole experience. Very grateful for their positivity and efforts!

I took the car in today to get the interior handles put back on the inside of the car and the interior lights figured out and the interior ceiling lining cleaned, from dirty hand prints. The way back door of the vehicle is rattling/creaking when driving and they thought they got it fixed, after test driving it but it is still rattling. Hoping to take it back in to get it fixed.
