So I’m trying not to overreact so far, and we’ll see if I can replicate it, but I picked up my car this afternoon and I noticed while driving home that the right subwoofer, on the door that got hit, is really fuzzy and staticky. I’m wondering if a wire got crossed or unplugged during the repair. Not at all upset at the people at cascade because the whole process was great but I’m thinking we need to get this checked out. And I’m confident they’ll make it right.

I wish your good place could be matched with my insurrance and help me continue to repair the small detail of the rear window because it happened while i was waiting for repairing the front of window which was being wrapped by plastic with my ductibles in short time.

Cascade did an amazing they perfectly paint my bumper and my car is an ELANTRA and performance blue. It’s like a sky blue. It’s so really hard color to match and they didn’t amazing job. They also were willing to work with me installing a front lip.
