I was dismayed by the discrepancy between the original estimate and the final cost. I also had to return for a repair that had been overlooked. I am sure you have your reasons for not accepting credit card payments, but I was also disappointed by that policy. Otherwise, I was treated with courtesy and advised of progress regularly. The results are most pleasing.

My one concern is cost. Our car had a fairly small dent, but the cost was over $2k.
