Brought in my 2023 jeep grand Cherokee for a nick on my rim and to be expected only a repair was approved. When I went to go pick up my car 5 days later no one came out to go over the repairs and simply handed me my keys and said my car was ready. No summary of what was done, any additional inspections to ensure no further damage was found. NOTHING. When I went to get in my car I noticed not only did the color and finish on my black rim did not match but it was scratched and scuffed when they put it back on. Yet nobody was planning on telling me anything and of course were hoping I wouldn’t notice and just drive off with it. I definitely believe they knew what they were doing the moment that nobody came outside to review the repair like they always do. High disappointed in the team for not bringing this to my attention before I came to pick up my vehicle. This has been such a waste of my time, having to take time off work when all of this could have been prevented but they chose to deliver my rim in a worse condition than what I brought it in to them. I’m hoping the team will make this right by getting a new rim or this will continue to drag on. Cascade you can do better I know it, now please come in and take care of your customer. It’s not all bout the money.

The girls at the counter were just wonderful. I was in and out if there and the job they done was fantastic. But heres the kicker when i got my truck back it was cleaned and detailed inside and out. And they gave me a towel to keep inside wiped with. Amazing place and people. Very personable and professionally ran.

I was impressed with the quality of the paint. It really is just like the original. But what got me is that they told me that they would paint two panels but it looks like they actually painted just one. It’s not a big deal I guess because it wasn’t that much damaged but nobody came to talk to me and explain that they decided to do different than what they explained to me at the first time!

Even with the issue we had at the end, everything was handled very professionally. The Lehi location stands out as going above and beyond considering the work wasn't done there for insurance reasons.
