Quality work. Disappointed that they did not communicate up front that they couldn't get a bracket (discontinued) and I only found out after pressing and asking questions.

The service and work was good, but all of that was nullified when I was told I was told I would have to pay a 2% service charge for using my credit card. I get you get charged for processing the cards but that also brings a level of convenience for you. Besides this is a cost of business and should be absorbed by you. Despite the good work, this fee will prevent from using Cascade Collusion again

On other repairs have always been told that a damaged panel needed to be removed and completely painted versus touched up. This would have covered up and protected other visible defects. In this case, patch was only touched up.
