Everyone was very kind and good and attentive, and I think overall everything was done well, just concerned about the clear bra, I didn’t expect that it would take months for the repair to be completely done, as if the accident hadn’t happened, until months later when the hot weather finally melts the clear bra into place. Everything else though was well above expectations

No complaints on the repairs of my car everything looks wonderful! My only complaint is about the young people that run the front office, you need a mature people person in the front office with people skills, not 20 somethings with very little communication skills other than texting. The last repairs I had done at Cascade collision there was a wonderful woman in the front office, she was the biggest reason I left the glowing review that I did. Too bad she still isn't there.

My car unfortunately was in an accident, not my fault. I took it to Cascade because they are the only auto body shop I trust in town. When finished the car looked better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend all the hard workers down at Cascade Collision. They do an amazing job and kept me informed via texted the entire time my car was in their shop.
