Completely satisfied. I appreciate all of the updates and the level of effort and detail you put in to make sure I had a good experience. My only complaint was that it took longer than estimated and I know that happens but I did opt to buy insurance for the rental and the extended period of time did end up costing more than I was anticipating in that regard.

The service was great other than a vape was left in my car when I picked it up. My granddaughter was with me in the car and was handling the vape, smelling it, etc-not knowing what it was. This is unacceptable. A younger child could place that in his mouth and could result in nicotine poisoning. So disappointing.
