The repairs to the trunk were beautiful! It certainly didn't look that good when I dropped the car off!

The cruise control doesn't work as well and I had to reset the clock. It also seemed like the car had been driven quite a few miles for the test drive(s), but it may have been needed to ensure the car was safe.

I have only great things to say about Cascade Collision Repair!! First, as I interacted with the front desk and received an estimate, I met Hailey who was professional, smart and capable as she assured me that if they did the repair on my car it would look brand new again!! She assisted me in scheduling the repair and with contacting the rental company to provide a loaner for me while my car was being fixed. I received an update twice a week until the body work was completed. When I was called to pick my car up, it was done ahead of schedule, my car was clean, and the work done made my car look new just as Hailey had promised. I do not hesitate to recommend Cascade if you need repair work done in your car. They provide great service and do it in a timely way!! Thank you for assisting me in getting my car restored to its original condition.

Hallie was super helpful. I had a great experience with Cascade Collision! Not only did they do a fantastic job with the collision repair, but they also went above and beyond by fixing my bent license plate—something I didn’t even ask for. To top it off, they finished everything ahead of schedule. Friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. Highly recommend!

Everyting was fabulous... And I would rate them 10, but when I picked up my car. They made a big deal about detailed my entire car. Well, I used to detail cars in high school and college. They left horrible smears on the inside of the windows :(

I appreciate how easy y’all were to work with. The only critique I have is that it did take 3 weeks. I understand parts need to be ordered and fortunately I was traveling for work and didn’t need my car but in any other circumstance being without a car for 3 weeks would not have been ideal. I do appreciate how well y’all communicated the progress of the repairs with me!
