The cats trunk, didn’t get straightened, the passenger side, has a bigger gap, I am concerned it’ll leak while raining, there was more damage on the quarter panel, other then that, they had started, my cat wouldn’t be done till Wednesday the 21st, hover, I hit a surprise phone call, it was done on Friday the 16. That was a huge deal, since I drive got work, they tried very hard to, fix my car, as early as possible, they did a fantastic job on every other aspect. They are super friendly, helped get my rental car, dealt with the insurance so I didn’t have to. I would decidedly use Cascade again.

Much better this time, but I am still surprised by the cost when it seemed like so little damage to me! Things have really changed over the last 60 years. But very happy we could finally get the car back to its original condition. Thanks!

Hallie was literally the best!!! She was so quick to inform me of things and explains things that I was confused about. What a rockstar!! Also I just have to say how good the work was on my car! Even down to replacing tail light covers. I am so happy!!

They did an amazing job on the car!! The timing was definitely stressful though. They said it would be done the day we flew out of town, and we asked if there was anything they could do, and they did finish it 4 days early, but it would have saved me so so much stress if they had said that they would probably finish it a little early. They know the process. The estimate they gave us meant that they would have the car in the paint department for 7 business days, but it only took 2 and a half days. If they knew it would be done earlier, I would have loved to know that. Also, they didn't communicate as well with the insurance as I would have liked. I asked them if I needed to contact the insurance about the car rental, and they said no, they would handle everything. That wasn't true, and I had to wait at the car rental for an hour and a half figuring out stuff with insurance. I didn't mind calling the insurance place, but i wish the car place hadn't told me they would do everything if they weren't planning on doing everything. Overall, it was a great experience! I just wanted to mention those two little things. Thanks so much!

Our car looked and smelled amazing. It was incredibly nice to see our car cleaned up even though it was the outside getting worked on. Haille was the nicest fronted person I’ve probably ever met. I felt like our car was really getting taken care of after a sucky accident.
