The communication was challenging during the first few weeks. Timelines at drop off were exceeded by double. At pick up the wrong clips had been used to put together the cosmetic panels by the seat belt, the covering fell off. I then had to wait for almost an hour at pick up to try and fix the issue. Now I am paying someone to come and clean up the fabric on the ceiling to clean up the grease and handprint stains left by the repair shop.

repair work took much longer than expected (longer than was originally estimated. I realize that more was found that needed to be done when they took it apart, but I was then told it would take a certain amount of time, but it wasn't done by then), then I wasn't notified when it was complete. I had to call in to check the progress.
