Inaccurate time estimates as well as poor quality of workmanship, including broken, spoiler and defective rear window glass. Rework is needed and more of my time to accommodate the repairs and rework. Quality check should’ve been made prior to passing it back to the customer.

The repair took about a month, and most of that time my car was just sitting in the impound, but from what I understand it wasn’t the fault of cascade collision. The customer service was otherwise great and the repair also looks good.

Cascade is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Laisa was wonderful to work with! My vehicle was completed within the original time frame I was quoted and the work was absolutely perfect! Laisa kept me continually updated on the progress and was easily available to reach with any questions I had. I hope we don’t have any future experiences that require body work, but if we do, Cascade is the only place I will go!
