I wasn't sure what to expect when dropping my truck off for a dent repair. Jonathan was my service rep, he went the extra mile to help make the process smooth. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire time, helped coordinate car rental and made that super easy. Best of all the repair looks so good, my wife couldn't decide which side of the truck the repair was on. Also it got done so much quicker than expected, I was quite surprised. Great work!! The bumper needed to be pushed in to place a little when I picked up the car and the window lining also needed to be pushed into place. It was easy to do though, the rest of quality was spot on.

They did not keep me informed of the entire process nor when they changed the day the car could be ready. When we went to pick up the car, we started to review the repairs and realized that they had not fixed the door panel that was included in the estimate, we had to wait a couple more hours for them to finish it, and when they finished, When we checked it again, it was still loose, they had just put it in, it went back to the shop, only the third time, they just did it right. Also when I left a message they would call me back after several days or text me after several days. When I asked to see someone who spoke Spanish, they transferred me to an extension that left the message and did not call me back or hung up on the phone.
