Jonathan kept me up to date all throughout and even answered all my questions. Additionally he was able to complete the repair sooner than the estimated time. Lastly he was able to give me a ride to the car rental place after drop off, then arranged me a ride to the shop to pickup my truck after the repair was complete. Great service and care. Would highly recommend Jonathan Kruitmoes and Cascade Collision!

Jonathan was awesome to work with. He always and timely notified me of the status of the repairs. He gave me estimated completion times, let me know status almost daily, and even completed the work a day before the estimated completion date. Very good communicator. Thoroughly examined the vehicle and the damages with me which I appreciated. Even had the vehicle cleaned before pickup and that was very nice. Highly recommend Jonathan as a great representative of Cascade Collision.

The team was able to get my car completed before I was scheduled to travel which helped resolve a lot of logistical headaches. I really appreciate the extra effort they put into getting the work done. Additionally, they allowed me to come by after hours to get my car and pay my deductible so I could have it through the weekend and for my trip to the airport Monday afternoon.

The only reason I would be hesitant is just how long it took for my insurance to communicate with them, which might have been on my insurance side only, but still a lil hesitant.

My car looks better than when I bought it! They did incredible! However my automatic window rolling on the passenger side doesn’t work anymore but that’s like the smallest deal in comparison to what they did.
